Hello & welcome! I’m Hannah — a postpartum doula and mother based in Grand Junction, Colorado.
My passion for supporting new mothers was born alongside my son. In my own postpartum journey, I felt unmoored—until the support of other women and my community helped ground me. That experience showed me the power of a village and the deep need for holistic care during this sacred transition.
Motherhood is a journey of highs and lows, and every new parent deserves to be met with care, compassion, and steady support. I offer in-home postpartum care tailored to each family’s unique needs—this may include nourishing meals, emotional support, feeding guidance, physical care, or photography to honor your growing family.Above all, I offer a safe and soft place for the newborn mother to heal and grow.
I proudly serve all kinds of parents—single mothers, LGBTQ families, adoptive parents, and those navigating loss—offering a safe, supportive space to heal and grow. Women need other women, and we are capable of more than we know -- especially together. I am here to protect your peace and am honored to do so.
Outside of my work, I love writing, hiking, running, and exploring the Western Slope with my husband, son, and daughter.

I didn’t plan on a postpartum doula, but my friends arranged for Hannah to come after I had given birth, so our relationship wasn’t afforded an organic development. I struggled having another person in my space, especially after having a traumatic birth. The transition to postpartum alone is fickle, without the added social pressures, yet if Hannah felt that, she never let on or made it about her. Some days I longed for the interaction and some I needed to hole up in my room. Hannah easily allowed for the malleable social dynamic, to which I’ll forever be grateful. I think it’s an incredible skill to maintain a calm and peaceful state of mind despite chaos or unease; Hannah has mastered this skill. She brought a warmth and kindness that was almost as tangible a gift as her cooking. I’m not one for cliches, but I never understood love going into cooking until Hannah stepped foot in my kitchen. Yes, they were delicious, but moreso, they were healing and nourishing. She had relayed ahead of time recipes she has planned on making and allowed me to easily say ‘yay’ or ‘nay’ without any guilt. She checked in throughout the week and it never felt she was doing it out of obligation, but rather out of camaraderie and support. She bought wholesome ingredients and extended herself in ways I never would have expected. I didn’t know what a doula was, let alone a post-partum doula, until Hannah came into my life, pulling overnight oats in recycled peanut butter jars out of her bag before any contract was even signed. Simply put, Hannah was made for this incredibly important work and I’m honored to have been a recipient.

“Hannah’s postpartum care was a lifesaver for me! I knew 2 under 2 would be hard when I hired Hannah but I could’ve never imagined just how hard it would be. I was drowning and Hannah was there to help support me every step of the way. Hannah made the most amazing meals keeping us fed for weeks, she set up a meeting with a lactation consultant when we were struggling with breastfeeding, she normalized and validated all the highs and lows I was feeling throughout postpartum, she even got me connected with a therapist as my mental health declined and so much more. Hannah’s love and support postpartum was everything I could’ve ever asked for!”
